     b. In the event a team has less than 10 players, no player can play a second series of two five minute shifts in a row until all other players have played at least one series of 5 minute shifts in  a row.

    1. If a team has less than ten players, all players on the bench must substitute the same number of players on the court i.e. if there are three substitutes on the     bench, all three substitutes must enter the game and three players must come out of play.
    2. Also, half time does not restart the substitution requirement stated above in section 1(b).  For the sake of clarity, in the event a player plays the last five minutes of the first half and the first 5 minutes of the second half, those two 5 minute series shall be considered that players two five minute series.
    3. If a team has ten or more players, all five players on the court must be substituted.
